How the Process Works

At The Wirt-Rivette Group we strive for perfection in everything we do and try to make your lease transaction a breeze so you can focus on more important things, like running your business.

Below, please find the steps for our leasing program.

Fax or e-mail a completed application. we can take an application over the phone as well. Additional financial information may be required.
Upon approval, the lease agreement will be sent for signature. Approval normally takes place within 24-48 hours of receiving the full financial package. Once approved the lease documents are prepared for the client to sign.
A purchase order, if needed, is released to the Dealer/Vendor.
Equipment/software is delivered by the Dealer/Vendor.
A check is released to the Dealer/Vendor by The Wirt-Rivette Group, upon satisfactory acceptance of the equipment by the Lessee.
